McKENNA - Andrew Joseph, 68, of Washington Township, NJ, formerly of Fairview, NJ, died peacefully in his sleep on Monday, September 10, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Nancy Mckenna (1999), and the late Marion McKenna (2008). Loving father of Andrew, Gregory, and Nicholas McKenna. Caring step-father of Joseph, Daniel, and Andrew Marinello. Dear brother of Carole Dembski, and the late Peggy Powers. Cherished grandfather of Quinn, Dylan, Jack, and Andrew IV McKenna, and Miranda, Michael, Sophia, Daniel, Vincent, Janie, and Andrew Marinello. Andrew was a proud US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, and a two time recipient of The Purple Heart. He was a retired I.B.E.W. Electrician of Local Union #164. Funeral from McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ, on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 10:15 AM. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. John The Baptist Church, 69 Valley Street, Hillsdale, at 11:00 AM. Cremation will be private. Visiting hours on Thursday, from 7-9 PM and Friday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warrior Project www.woundedwarriorproject.org would be appreciated.
