Still having a hard time believing that smile will never light up another Thanksgiving dinner or gathering out at Long Beach. Always quick with a joke or fascinating historical tidbit, you set the bar high in terms of what it means to be an Uncle. Although the world may be a little darker now, heaven is all the more brighter with you in it. I know you'll keep them laughing up there, until we meet again, ey kiddo? Miss and love you always, your niece, Marie.

What sad news. I vividly remember Dennis from when we were kids running wild in Long Beach during the summer. The group included Tommy and Joey Lane, Les Inch, Jimmy and Donald Philips, my brother Michael and me, and of course Dennis. Although Michael and I were the youngest, and therefore the butt of a lot of jokes. Dennis always avoided getting involved in that and made a concerted effort to include us in everything. Please accept the condolences of the McCann Family on your great loss.

Days at Cedarwood Park and the beach. My kids had so very much fun with Dennis. Cousins that only saw one another in the summer but created year long memories never to be forgotten. Thank you for the memories.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Dennis is what a great friend he was. He was always ready to help you out with anything or give you a ride to wherever. I remember that day we moved someone down to washington DC with that Duffy's truck and had a blowout on Rt 95. Boy were we shaking and so was the truck wen we were trying to put it on a jack. Some guys stopped by and changed the tire for us for $5.00 George Bush never knew what happened but I him buy 4 new tires for truck. RIP
