Dickman - George E., 83, of Cliffside Park, NJ, on Sunday, November 21, 2010. Dear brother of Henry Dickman, his wife Helen, of Cresskill, NJ, Richard Dickman, his wife Mary M., of Saddle Brook, NJ, and Joseph Dickman of Cliffside Park, NJ, his late wife Clare. He was also pre-deceased by his brothers John and Robert Dickman. George was a proud Naval Veteran of WWII and became a member of The Knights of Columbus Benedict Council #2355; Cliffside Park Elks #1502, Catholic War Veterans of Cliffside Park; American Legion Post #126, and the V.F.W. of Cliffside Park, NJ. He worked at the Cliffside Park Post Office after retiring from Todd Shipyard. Funeral from McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park, NJ, on Wednesday, at 9:15AM. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Church of The Epiphany, Cliffside Park, NJ, at 10 AM. Entombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations to: Saddle Brook Volunteer Fire Dept., P. O. Box 565, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663, or Compassionate Care Hospice Foundation, 200 Lanidex Plaza, Parsippany, NJ, 07054 would be appreciated. Visiting hours on Tuesday, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
