Obituary of Angelica DeCunzo

Angelica DeCunzo, 79, of Bridgewater, NJ passed away peacefully on June 24, 2023. Angelica was born in Rincon, Puerto Rico where she grew up. She arrived in New York City as a teenager where she lived and worked as a seamstress in the garment industry.

While in New York, she married her late husband, Antonio. They raised three children together in Cliffside Park, NJ where she lived for 48 years. She is the cherished mother of Angelina Bayruns and her husband John, Joseph A. DeCunzo and his wife Martha, and Antonio DeCunzo. Loving grandmother to Michael, Matthew, Andrew, Leo and Joseph. Dear sister to Virginia, Luz Delia, and Aracelis. She will be missed by all her family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 28, 2023, from 4-8PM at McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park NJ. Funeral from McCorry Brothers, Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 11:30 thence to Church of the Epiphany, 247 Knox Ave., Cliffside Park, NJ at 12:15 PM for Mass followed by entombment at Madonna Mausoleum, 2070 Hoefleys Lane, Fort Lee, NJ.
