Obituary of Catherine M. Iaconetti

Catherine M. Iaconetti, 94, (nee Matrongolo), of Barnegat, NJ, on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. Catherine was born in Cliffside Park, NJ, where she resided for 90 years. Daughter of the late Giuseppe and Delia (nee Raimondo) Matrongolo. She graduated from Cliffside Park High School, and then was employed by New Jersey Bell Telephone for 30 years. She was a member of the Epiphany Seniors, Fort Lee AARP and the Ridgefield Park Columbiettes. Beloved wife of the late Eugene S. Iaconetti (1997). Loving mother of Thomas Iaconetti, his wife Trish, and Joan Iaconetti. Cherished grandmother of Paul Iaconetti, his wife Elizabeth, and Jane Sneeden, her husband Sean. Caring great-grandmother of Madison Marie. Dear sister of John Matrongolo, his wife Joyce, and the late Elizabeth Matrongolo (2000). Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. Catherine will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral from McCorry Brothers Funeral Home, 780 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ, on Monday, July 24, 2017 at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Church Of The Epiphany, 247 Knox Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ at 10AM. Interment to follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ. Visiting hours on Sunday, from 2-6 PM.
