I First met Mary in Ireland in 1966, we were both Bridesmaids at Patricia & Tommy Fitzpatricks wedding. Over the years we would be at the same social functions. We got to know her husband, John, and her daughters , and grandchildren. May she rest in peace.

Marie’s sudden passing was such a shock to everyone and our thoughts are with John, Siobhan, Sinead and the wider family. We had visited only in February and it was great to meet and spend time with Marie who made us most welcome - she was such a nice lady and it is hard to believe that she has departed so soon. Our mother Sheila has such fond memories of Marie over the years and she will be truly missed by all of us.
We are so sorry that we could not be there to say goodbye in person to Marie and she will be in our prayers.

Words cannot describe how shocked I was when I heard the news. Your gentle heart and loving soul will always be missed in our family. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories. I loved making chocolate covered strawberries with you as a child when you had dinner parties. I am grateful that you were there to not only see our first house but also to see Chris get down on one knee and propose. It meant the world to us that you were there for those big moments. It saddens me to know that you won’t be with us through all of our life experiences but I know you will be always watching down on all of us and be there in spirit. We will always be thinking about you. We pray for my family, my cousins Sinead and Siobhan, my uncle John, my uncle Francie and my father Noel during this very difficult time.
